Our story
Allied Precast Services was built around a gap every GC knows: the five finishing trades that show up at the end of every commercial project — and consistently slip. Patch work that doesn’t match. Caulk joints that fail inspection. Decks that don’t drain. The owner walks the site with a clipboard and the list grows.
We built the crew to close that gap — a single, trade-specific team for precast patching, commercial joint sealing, wash pours, pressure washing, and concrete flatwork. Doing those five things well and only those five things is the whole business.
Our mission is to be the premier provider of integrated finishing solutions for the precast and tilt-wall industry. Through expert patchwork, commercial joint sealing, and precision wash pours, APS ensures structural integrity and architectural excellence for every project in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. How we work
Four principles we don’t bend on.
- Do the prep.
- Most finish problems are prep problems. We chip to sound substrate, clean the surface, and set backer correctly before anything goes on top.
- Match what’s there.
- Color, texture, profile. A patch you can see from across the parking lot isn’t a finished patch.
- Respect the schedule.
- GCs have punch lists with dates on them. We plan around other trades and hit those dates.
- Clean it up.
- The site gets left cleaner than we found it. Every time.
