Commercial caulking

Commercial caulking at APS is a critical part of the building envelope — not just gap filling. We handle large-scale commercial joint sealing for precast and tilt-wall construction: panel-to-panel joints, window perimeters, expansion joint repair, and control joints. We cut out failed sealant, set correct backer rod, and tool a consistent bead that delivers lasting structural waterproofing.
Wash pours
Tapered concrete finishing that creates a permanent drainage slope on precast members.
Wash pours are a high-precision concrete sloping service. We pour a thin, tapered layer of specialized concrete over precast members — balconies, corridors, and decks — to create a permanent slope for water drainage. Pressure washing and cleanup

APS removes slurry, grout splatter, construction debris, and efflorescence (salt buildup) from newly installed precast and tilt-wall panels. We adjust pressure and chemistry to the substrate, protecting the finish while delivering the uniform, like-new appearance that makes patchwork blend perfectly with the surrounding panel. Commercial flatwork at APS covers horizontal concrete surfaces designed for heavy-duty use: warehouse slabs, industrial floor slabs, mezzanine deck pours, concrete paving, and heavy-duty equipment pads. We form, place, and finish to the floor flatness (FF) and floor levelness (FL) numbers required for commercial occupancy and structural stability — screeded straight, bullfloated, troweled to spec, and jointed to control cracking.
